We expect smartphones capable to support the full Flash Player to ship in the first half of 2010, when the new runtime is released to partners and available on the web. Some devices will allow installation of Flash Player over-the-air (OTA) or will provide access to the player via system software updates or on device application catalogs/marketplaces.
