When will Mobile Internet be used on a mass scale?
There are three main reasons to explain the lagging of Mobile Internet use compared to other similar technologies: • Mobile Operators need to lower access and navigational fees • Media companies and brands inform their customers that they can receive service through their mobile phone • When entrepreneurs start developing Mobile Internet businesses that drive value to end users (similar to what happened to PC Internet in the early days of this medium) All of these things are happening right now. Mobile Internet will soon become just as powerful as PC Internet. Yet, some experts believe that the Mobile Internet will be far more important than PC Internet and that it will revolutionize the way we communicate and access information.
