The MSSO has worked with CTEP to establish a mapping between CTCAE and MedDRA V9.0 LLTs. You can download the mapping at http://www.meddramsso.com/translations/downloads.htm. The mapping will be updated in March each year. As of Feb 2009, CTCAEv3.0 is undergoing a revision to v4.0, which will use MedDRA LLTs as CTCAE adverse event terms. Thus no mapping is needed for CTCAEv4.0. The MSSO will not update the CTCAEv3.0 to MedDRA mapping beginning 2009. However, the CTCAEv3.0 – MedDRAv11.0 mapping is available in the Download section.
