Lots at Latah Hills are available for purchase now, some lots have already been sold. Some lots at Latah Ridge are available now and some cannot be closed until the roadways are completed and certified by the Spokane County Engineers. Completion and certification of Latah Ridge Lane is expected in the summer or fall of 2010 however final timelines will be driven by sales and interest.
