2010 for sure I believe he will be back to Smackdown by NO LATER then next Summer. His hearing got pushed back a second time the first time because the drug tests didnt finish in time and nobody really knows why the second time but most people believe its cause they had nothing to guarantee him to be guilty lol so they moved it back to “try” and get some dirt on Jeff but there is none he has actually never been charged on any drug charge before lol look it up if you dont believe me. He is innocent and will come back to Smackdown in 2010 and reclaim his WHC from the Undertaker I hope even though Im glad Undertaker is the champ. he will pick up right where he left off which is at the top of his career.
