When will industry have the ability to view AAFES supporting documentation on line?
AAFES new Workflow systemnow in developmentincludes a supplier self-service portal which will provide access to all invoices paid, pending, and in discrepancy status to include supporting documentation. AAFES expects the new system to be available for supplier use in the Spring of 2007. AAFES will publish more specific information about the new Workflow system and we near implementation. In order to gain the most benefit from the system, AAFES will also send requests to suppliers for information that is needed. We will also post messages requesting information on the Partners On Line web site. We ask that suppliers regularly visit their data on the Partners On Line web site for additional information.
