When will I receive my Worklife Rewards® Member Card?

If you enrolled using the Member Number printed on the Member Card enclosed in the program brochure, the Card is your permanent Member Card. If you did not use a pre-printed Member Number during your enrollment, you will receive your permanent Member Card in approximately 4 – 6 weeks.
