When will I receive my fingerprint / Masterpiece / Message jewellery order?
Your piece(s) will usually be sent out by either Recorded or Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service 10-15 days after the completed impressions and order form are returned to us. During busier times, if the item needs hallmarking or postal strikes this time may increase. If you have a special date that you need an item for, please let us know when you place your order.
