When will I receive my BPG Service Plan Account Number (SPAN) & the Terms and Conditions (T&C) of my Service Plan?
A. Your BPG Extended Service Plan comes in one of three ways. The first and most common way is, you will receive an email normally the email is within twelve (12) hours of purchase. The second way you will receive a hard copy several days later either in the mail by itself or included in the box with the unit you purchased. The third way you will be handed it at the store while purchasing your unit. Upon receipt you will be receiving your BPG Service Plan Account Number (SPAN) and the Terms and Conditions (T&C) of your BPG Extended Service Plan.
