When will I receive my benefit if I am not currently in the Mail Tik Program?
Once you send in your application, NJ TRANSIT will determine the first possible month to send you your ticket. Because NJ TRANSIT must coordinate its ticket cycle with the benefit enrollment period, there may be a delay before you see your benefit credited to your mail account. If you receive your ticket by mail but do not see your credit, you can either pay the full amount or return the ticket for that month. Your credit will appear on your next ticket.
