It may take up to four weeks for you to be credited with the Aeroplan miles you are awarded for completing a survey. You can check your points balance by visiting www.aeroplan.com. The Aeroplan Miles you get by completing surveys will also appear and be clearly identified on your Aeroplan account statement. If your Aeroplan miles have not been credited after four weeks following your participation in an Aeroplan Advisors survey, please email support@advisors.aeroplan.com.
