When will I receive confirmation that my claim / judgments / warrants / paids have been processed?
If you submit your work via the disc format then the notification of issue and schedule of judgments / warrants / paids are sent to you the day after processing by post or fax. If you submit your work via Electronic Transfer (via modem link) you may access an electronic version of these reports called an E-report. They contain most of the data found on the paper copies, and are useful because they allow you to access information about passed and rejected files, and any fees owed within a few hours of your data file being run. Reports are copied into the user’s own folder on the day that the data files are run, at approx. 16:00 for claims and the next day at approx. 08:00 for judgments and warrants. They are created as comma separated files allowing them to be easily opened in tools such as Excel.
