When will I become full fledged MT?
It typically takes 6 months of hands-on-training to be able to do usable transcription. It may take you more or less time depending on your abilities and the effort you put in your program. A full fledged MT can do any type of medical transcription at any time at quality levels acceptable to the customer. It typically takes a minimum of 18-24 months to reach such a level.
