When will i be able to SEE my babys heart beat by transvaginal ultrasound?

I just went with my Best Friend yesterday for her 6w1d transvaginal ultrasound, and her babies heartbeat was clear as day…it was soooo exciting!

I saw my baby’s heartbeat at 5 weeks 5 days with the transvaginal sonogram. I think you have a pretty good chance of seeing it at your appointment on 6/3.

Again.. somewhere between 6 and 7 weeks you can see your baby’s heartbeat… You’ll be right around there when you go for your ultrasound… (Perhaps 6w3d or so, but that’s just a guess) So you MAY see your heartbeat, but you MAY not. My doctor scheduled mine for 7 weeks so I would be sure to see it (and hear it)… and I did, hurray! If you really want to see it you might want to move your ultrasound back a bit… even 3-4 days would likely guarantee you that heartbeat! Good Luck and I hope you see it!

I think I just answered this question – with a different title. I saw my baby’s heartbeat at 7w3d from a regular ultrasound. I would think that you might be able to see it earlier with a transvaginal one!

i was lucky and able to see y baby’s heartbeat at 4 weeks through a transvaginal ultrasound!! …..but they told me that it is much more common to see the heart beat after 6 weeks!! regardless, it is exciting to see it anytime!! all the very best wishes to you!!
