When will I be able to buy new TelCove services, such as your Metro Ethernet Service or Disaster Recovery Service?
Your sales people are being trained on TelCove service products and solutions now, and will be able to provide information to you about these services as soon as the transition is complete. We also anticipate that all KMC markets will be on the TelCove backbone by mid-Summer. At that point, all local and inter-city products will be available to customers in KMC markets.
