I could not find any planned dates for any solar powered car to be manufactured and sold to the public. The only way it look like you can get a solar powered car would be to make your own. Otherwise you would have to find someone who can make one and pay them to make you one. You would be better off to buy a hybrid car and make a solar powered charing station at your house. That way you would not have to worry about any rocks or objects hitting the panels on top of your car. That and it would be easier to maintain and direct towards the sun. Hope my answer helps!
