When will high-definition be available on TransTV?
TransACT is in the process of upgrading its existing network infrastructure and customer equipment to accommodate requirements to retransmit high-definition channels. Upon completion of a network and customer equipment upgrade, TransACT will endeavour to offer new features and functionality not previously available. As the upgrade on TransACT’s network is directly impacted by the Federal Government’s National Broadband Network decision, we are unable to provide a time frame on when the upgrade will occur in your suburb or when the high-definition channels and set-top boxes will be available. TransACT strives to keep all customers updated on new product and service offerings.
