The EA Study for Greenbank Road was completed in January 2007 and calls for the widening of Greenbank Road from Malvern Drive to Strandherd Drive (a Phase I project (2009-2015) under the TMP update 2008), and from Strandherd Drive to Cambrian Road on a new alignment (a Phase II project (2016-2022) under the TMP update 2008). The TMP update 2008 does not call for the expansion of Greenbank Road through the Greenbelt.
