All Diversity Visas for 2009 (DV-2009) will be issued between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009. Unfortunately the US State Department does not provide any more specific information regarding issuance of visas and limits the issuance time to the broad fiscal year. Back to top | Apply Now!
