When will DOR be ready to receive 1099HC production files from the carriers and can carriers continue to send test files after that date?

Beginning January 15, 2008, DOR will be ready to receive and process insurance carrier 1099HC data. Carriers who will be sending test files on and after January 15 will be required to identify these files as test files by adding the extension .test to the file name. Files without the .test extension will be processed as production files beginning on Tuesday, January 15. Be certain to mark all test files with the extension .test as of January 15.
