When will Connecticuts electronics recycling program begin?
Connecticut’s electronics recycling program will begin when the regulations needed to implement the program are adopted. The proposed regulations have been completed by DEP. Once the regulations are adopted, the Department will begin the process of selecting recyclers to participate in the program. Towns can then choose an approved recycler and begin their programs.
