When will collect calls show on my ebill?
Incoming calls where you have specially agreed to accept the charges are more commonly known as collect calls. These calls are premium rated by Telecom. However because of the nature of the call these will not show until Telecom notify Woosh of the related call charges. Such calls are priced using Telecom rates plus a charge for the collect call service. Please bear this in mind when accepting collect phone calls.
