After the close of an eBay for Charity listing, the seller receives payment from the buyer. MissionFish collects funds from the seller and holds the donation while it is eligible to be refunded to the seller. MissionFish then re-grants the gift (minus a small deduction to cover costs) to the designated charity on the 30th of the second month after the listing has closed. MissionFish also collects and delivers Gift Aid on the seller’s donation, if the seller made a Gift Aid declaration.
