When Will Campers Arrive And Leave Camp Tahigwa During Their Summer Resident Camp Experience?
Campers check in from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. on the opening day of their Camp session. Admittance to Camp will not begin until 2:30 p.m., so that staff can prepare the facilities for the campers’ arrival. A closing ceremony will highlight each week’s activities. Parents, guardians, family and friends are invited to join in the closing ceremony, starting promptly at 6 p.m.. Attendance at the closing ceremony is encouraged but not required. Girls will be ready for check out at approximately 6:30 p.m.. Parents/guardians should be sure all their girl’s possessions are packed before leaving Camp. Lost and found items will be held at the Waterloo Service Center at 2530 University Avenue, Waterloo 50701, until the following September 1st, after which time they will be donated to a charitable organization.
