When will agencies start receiving services from the SSCs?
It is unlikely that the three SSCs will commence the delivery of services at the same time. Likewise, the SSCs may commence the delivery of some services before others. The Health SSC with its more uniform client base, is targeting mid 2005 for the commencement of some service delivery. Implementation planning by the Education and Training SSC is looking to commence go live during the third quarter of 2005. The general agency cluster SSCs are proposing to commence delivering services in early 2006 to selected pilot agencies, before progressively rolling-in other agencies from each cluster from around April that year.
