When will a new collective agreement be negotiated for the City of Ottawa?
For CCAC? For City Living? A: The City of Ottawa negotiations will be very involved. Preparations for these negotiations involve reviewing all existing CIPP collective agreements as well as all of the agreements that cover our members who have recently joined CIPP. It is a monumental task, and we hope to be ready to begin negotiations in the next few months. We ask for your patience in allowing us the time necessary to undertake this endeavor effectively. The CCAC collective agreement expires this summer. We hope to be at the bargaining table in the summer. Please complete and return the questionnaire included in this mailing . Preparations for City Living 2001 negotiations are underway, now that the 2000 agreement has been ratified.
