When will a High Risk Enforcement Action 1 escalate to a High Risk Enforcement Action 3?
Answer 3-4: A High Risk Enforcement Action 1 will be considered for escalation when the licensee does not comply with the requirements set out in the enforcement action. Please see Table 2, ERCB Enforcement of High Risk Noncompliance of Directive 019. Contact by senior ERCB staff is required prior to the escalation of enforcement action.
