0

The most up-to-date copy of the ADA Standards for Accessible Design is dated July 1, 1994. Currently, it is published in a 6″ x 9″ booklet entitled 28 CFR Part 36, containing the Title III Regulations and the Standards. The current Checklist for Existing Facilities is version 2.1, updated in 1995, and is also available online [link to Checklist]. Please be aware that permission to copy the Checklist is no longer required, and we encourage its reproduction and distribution.
