Drain the two cans of green beans and pour them into a casserole dish. Next, dice the small onion and put it into the casserole dish with the green beans and mix them together. Get a small saucepan and pour in the cream of mushroom soup and the cup of milk. Mix the soup and milk together and heat it until it is hot. Pour the soup over the green beans and onions. Stir in the half cup of bacon bits. Put it into the oven for about 15 minutes.
