Since this media player is still in the Beta phase, we are encountering some problems and are working on improving them. In the meantime, if you are having these problems with your video feed, first make sure that your computer meets our System Requirements. If your computer meets the requirements, install the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player and NexDef. Both can be downloaded from our Download Center. If your software is up to date, then within the media player, disable the option to “Automatically Adjust Quality”, then manually select a quality level for the player to stay on for the rest of the game. If you are still having this problem after a few minutes, then select lower quality levels until the video quality is stable and consistent.
