The Company, now known as thinkorswim Group Inc., was formed through the merger of Investools Inc. and thinkorswim Group, Inc. on February 15, 2007. Investools (now operating as the Company’s Investor Education segment) began operations on December 6, 2001, as a result of a merger between ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. (“ZiaSun”), which owned Online Investors Advantage, Inc., and Telescan, Inc. (“Telescan”), which owned Entrepreneurs Online. thinkorswim Group, Inc. (now operating as thinkorswim, Inc. , the Company’s Brokerage Services segment), was founded in 1999.
