When was the second Woodstock festival?
There was a concert in the summer of 1970 in the same area as the woodstock festival held in 1969. It was going to be at the same sight as the first festival. The farm was not available, but the owner of an old hotel agreed to hold the concert on the hotel grounds. This was being billed as the second Woodstock festival. According to the official Woodstock web site the second Woodstock was in 1994.
