When was the polar bear put on the endangered species list?
Additional Info: The Polar Bear was added to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Endangered Species List with a status of “threatened”, on May 15 2008. But the U.S. had already signed the International Agreement for the Conservation of Polar Bears in 1973, with four other nations that Polar Bears popluated.
