When was the LTSVP Scheme for Sentosa Cove implemented?
The LTSVP Scheme was implemented on 1 July 2006. How does one apply under the LTSVP Scheme? Applicants can collect an application set, comprising of the application forms – Form 14 and Form V39 (for non-Malaysians only), the Terms and Conditions, and the Questions and Answers of the LTSVP Scheme, from SCPL. Additional copies of the application form can be downloaded from the ICA’s website at http://www.ica.gov.sg. The applicant is required to submit his completed application form, together with the undertaking between applicant and SCPL (Annex A) and 2 photocopies each of his passport and the local sponsor’s identity card to SCPL. The applicant is also required to bring along his original document(s) for verification by SCPL staff. SCPL will then submit all documents to ICA for processing.
