The Simpson’s Christmas Special: Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire aired December 17, 1989. The writer was Mimi Pond and the director was David Silverman. The guest cast was Hank Azaria (Moe Szyslak), Jo Ann Harris (Unknown), Pamela Hayden (Milhouse Van Houten) and Christopher Collins (Mr. Burns). Interestingly enough, the episode was actually the eight produced, but because of a December air time, the first to air.
