ECOtality has recently undergone a private placement for 41,399,896 shares through Brookstreet Securities. The registration statement for the stock in the placement (SB-2) was filed on February 12th, 2007, and the registration of these shares became effective with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, August 13, 2007.
