When Venus and a crescent moon appear together?
This happens about once a month. The sun, moon, and all the planets travel the same path across the sky, called the ecliptic. About once a month, the moon will pass each of the planets as it goes around the ecliptic. And the moon is always either a crescent or a new moon as it passes Venus, because Venus is always fairly close to the sun. The moon is only full when it’s opposite the sun.
