No, it is recommended that you do not load any real mode card and socket services drivers. This applies primarily to Windows 95 upgrades from DOS. In most cases you still want to load EMM386.EXE (in CONFIG.SYS) with the parameter NOEMS only. Do not use the HIGHSCAN parameter and in most cases you will need to remove the exclusion (X=D000-DFFF) from the with EMM386.EXE device line. Windows 95 does not detect devices correctly when using the HIGHSCAN keyword.
