When using the RAPS planning application, I get a message saying “You are not allowed to launch Contributor” but I believe my access has been setup. What could be going on?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your Web browser when accessing the RAPS budgeting applications. The “You are not allowed to launch Contributor” message will appear if you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer.
