When using the online gradebook, do I have to click on each name to go to an area to enter their grade separately or can you go to one location that has all the names and enter grades all at once?

You can enter the grades for all of your students on the same page. To do it go to the Control Panel – Online Gradebook – Report by Item. Click on the grades button on the right side of the screen to select the item that you want to update.
