In the application where you are pasting the data a non-proportional font should be used, or the pasted text must be edited: • Paste the data. • Highlight the pasted text. • Change the font in the application to a non-proportional font such as Courier, Courier New, or System. OR • Change the ruler in the application where you are pasting the data to a proportional font such as Courier, Courier New, or System. • Paste the data.
