When using the BMW Win-Star program, I can’t proceed any further than the vehicle selection screen, regardless of model. Why is this?
You must have the most current version of the Win-Star firmware installed on your computer. If you are running an older firmware version go to www.icm.com.tw/, click on the ‘downloads’ section, go to the firmware page and download the latest version. You can then follow the same procedure as the software updates to install and run your new firmware. Q: I have a BMW E36 318i. It has logged an oxygen sensor fault or is running rough. I enter the live data page. The values for the oxygen sensors are reading ok, showing if they are functioning or not, but the CO2 potentiometer reading does not make sense. Why? A: The carbon dioxide potentiometer box has been incorrectly labelled. Please disregard this value until the next update of the software is available.
