When using the AvantGo Channel on my PocketPC, sometimes I cannot get past a certain page and the same screen keeps popping up. What should I do?
First, please check to see if you have the latest version of AvantGo. On-line functions are not available for the older versions. Otherwise, this behavior is likely to mean that you are in offline mode. You may have temporarily lost your connectivity or, if you are a first-time user, you may need to activate your service. In order to proceed, please (re)establish your wireless connection and try again. If you do not have a wireless connection, you will be limited to offline capabilities such as viewing your reservation list from the last time you synchronized your device. To log-in to the application without a wireless connection, synchronize your PDA after entering your login information and clicking “submit.
