When using the ACR processing service, how long does it take for Gleim to process my renewal and mail my temporary certificate after my materials have been received?
Upon receipt of the required documents, Gleim will review them and verify that all the forms have been correctly completed and that you have successfully completed the FIRC course. If your forms are correctly completed and you have successfully completed the FIRC course, Gleim will process your renewal and mail your temporary certificate within 24 business hours. If there are problems with your forms, or you have not successfully completed the FIRC course, Gleim will contact you within one business day of receiving your forms and let you know what is needed from you. It is your primary responsibility to ensure that the course is completed and the appropriate forms are correctly filled out and submitted to Gleim before your CFI expiration date.
