This will ensure that your minutes will not be debited while you’re not actively viewing your selection. Fast-forwarding or Rewinding: No. Since Pay-Per-Minute streams are not cached, there is no way to view them in fast-forward or rewind. However, you can always skip forward or backward in a particular scene or movie simply by using the slide bar to advance or rewind. The player may pause momentarily to re-buffer the stream, but your minutes will never be debited for time spent buffering.
