There is nothing wrong with your board. This is a known issue with the Spartan 2E family of FPGAs. The Spartan 2E chip family was originally developed as the Virtex-E family. When Xilinx changed the family designation from Virtex-E to Spartan 2E, they forgot to change the Family ID field in the Device ID code built into the chip. Therefore, the Spartan 2E family chips are identified as Virtex-E. It will have no adverse effect on the project. The project will load and run properly if there are no errors in it.
