When using Fullfillment by Amazon (FBA) in UK, FR, or DE do I need to send my products to an Amazon warehouse in the UK/EU or can they be shipped to Amazons US warehouse?

Specific answers to FBA should be directed to Amazon and their representatives in the appropriate countries. ChannelAdvisor’s understanding is that each locale operates its own FBA program/warehouse and if you are selling on Amazon FR using FBA you would need to send products to a warehouse in France. Selling on Amazon UK using FBA would mean you send your products to a warehouse in the UK and so forth. Amazon has recently expanded the potential buyer locales for FBA products so a product in their UK warehouse (listed on Amazon.co.uk) can be shipped to other EU countries, like Germany or France. Each locale has their own list of additional countries that an item can be shipped to, however, while the buyer may be in France they would have to purchase the product from Amazon.co.uk in order for the item to be shipped from the UK warehouse.
