To prevent the heating and the degradation of a flash unit, do not emit the flash more than twenty times in a row. (When power level is is set to low emission (1/32), it can be emitted up to 40 times.) In case that continuous emission is performed, set the POWER switch to OFF and stop using the flash for about 10 minutes to cool down the unit.
