When trying to view a webcast with live captioning, I chose No (or Deny) when I received a security warning. How do I make it ask me again, so I can see the text?
When opening the text display, a security pop-window will appear regarding installation of, or privileges for, an application from Stenograph L.L.C.. The response made to this security warning will be stored by your web browser and will remain in force until you close all browser windows. If you chose No (or Deny), you will need to close all web browser windows before you will receive this security warning again, and be able to choose Yes (or Grant) and view the text display.
