The first thing to do in this case is to check the contents of the .sim file (the one that IRSIM uses for the simulation). Sometimes during the conversion from .spc to .sim, a blank file is created (usually due to a typing error when you enter the command) and it cannot be overwritten. To fix that, just delete the empty .sim file and do the conversion again. If this does not work, you should check the schematic (or the layout) to make sure that all labels with node names are clearly specified. Q3: My simulation results show some undefined values for certain input combinations.
